How many guests can you cater for?

Anywhere from 30 to 3,000+. We've done intimate weddings, 500-person corporate events and busy festival stalls. Just tell us your numbers and we'll scale to fit.

How far do you travel?

We're based in Birmingham and cater across the entire UK. There's no extra charge within 30 miles; further afield we add a small mileage contribution that we'll quote upfront.

Do you provide vegan and gluten-free options?

Absolutely. Our jackets are naturally gluten-free, and we always include vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free toppings. Full allergen information is provided for every event.

What do you need on-site?

Just a flat area roughly 4m x 3m, ideally with cover (we bring our own gazebo if needed), and access to a standard 13A power socket. We're fully self-contained otherwise.

How long does service take?

We typically serve 100 guests in around 45 minutes. For larger events we add extra crew so service stays brisk. We arrive 90 minutes before service to set up properly.

Are you insured and food-hygiene certified?

Yes — £5m public liability insurance, full Level 2 Food Hygiene certification for every team member, and we hold a 5-star rating from our local authority.

What's your minimum booking?

Accepted Answer

30 guests for the Essentials package, 50 for Signature, with no upper limit. For very small events we may suggest a different format.
